That DTCC stock borrow program enables naked short selling and will be the downfall of the shorts. They have not used this they have abused this. A day of reckoning is coming and it will not be pretty. Hedge Funds/Brokerage Firms/DTCC/Federal Reserve Bank. The world is in financial trouble because of the largess of some and the lack of courage of others to stop it. Interesting days ahead to be sure. Go BCIT!!!

and what these brokers do as far as swapping IOU's, with the DTCC's blessing, is DISGUSTING. HOW is this allowed with such impunity? DISGUSTING.
