I don't understand. I read the prior portion of your post to say (essentially) "Ampha is resorting to desperate claims to bolster its case", yet you still feel it will be extraordinary for MNTA to get a PI?
From prior posts (not necessarily yours) I am of the understanding that MNTA will clearly suffer irreparable harm. So, in my mind the only element left is in regards to MNTA's likelihood of prevailing - which I interpret to be referenced in the initial part of your post.
