the Company formally appealed the determination to delist for failure to regain compliance with the Nasdaq bid price requirements and a hearing is scheduled for October 27, 2011 (the "Hearing").

At the Hearing, the Company intends to rebut the allegations made by the Staff that the actions cause a public interest concern.

this is going to be nerve wrecking...

all is not lost though.. i hope they win this or else i am screwed big time.
