The European patent has been granted for a couple of months now. That's where SFIO wanted to start selling thier product to begin with. Until all the Laws changed overseas. Just like what we went through with the FDA. Europe and Asia smoke a Hell of alot more than Americans. The U.S. Patent is just the icing on the cake. And it will be a good size cake at that!!!!! It shouldn't be much longer with that patent either. They applied to spend up the process after the Europe patent was granted. Now that the Laws overseas are changing it will take a little time to ramp up. But sfio is starting to get it going over there.
