I know you didn't ask me but out of curiosity I looked in two dictionaries. They both describe rhyme as "Correspondence of terminal sounds of words". Since the terminal sounds of both words are the same, they would appear to qualify as a Rhyme. English was my worst subject though, for what it's worth.
I've also heard the term "bad rhyme", whatever that means.
