wrong .. nothing has been proven, no shares have been registered - no shares have been issued for distribution
The annual non-cumulative dividend preference for both Series A and Series B Preferred Stock is 3% of the respective liquidation preference.
share holders get nothing ... share holders are earning NOTHING
What Does Noncumulative Mean? A type of preferred stock that does not pay the holder any unpaid or omitted dividends. If the corporation chooses to not pay dividends in a given year, the investor does not have the right to claim any of those forgone dividends in the future.
this has been explained over and over .. all FFGO holds are .. unregistered shares of preferred A & B shares of NMGL
they are 100% worthless as of today
and considering FFGO an SEC violator and NMGL is now an SEC violator refusing to file required SEC periodic reports and has now legally failed in its agreement with FFGO ( by no longer being a reporting company )
the deal is dead .. and there will be no record date or distribution date
neither company will be allowed to issue any divvies by FINRA or the SEC because of their suspicious activities and non compliance actions
