Maybe posters should check their own internet providers before criticizing iHub's servers.
I'm not criticizing IHub's servers. Both Matt and Bob went through their own little nightmare bringing them up to speed and capacity. And I may have been a little critical of that playing Monday morning QB in the planning and implementation.

The issue lies in the communication process of changes made by the ISP. The ISP should be informing IHUB of impending changes and IHUB should be informing their customers of potential downtime when those changes are about to take effect.

That would appear to be a DNS problem somewhere upstream from us.
We switched back to the temporary IP addresses Monday since they were performing better. It's possible that James is back and they are continuing with their network reorganization. I'm sure y'all we be the last to know... right after us. :-)
