I think it is clear now that were it not for the real estate crash and recession(s) Megas might have been able to move earlier on this. We are lucky he has survived that, and stuck with the dream.

We have established that re lock trades should have certificates and are not subject to the lock.

We have exposed the FINRA judgement of September to be unsafe.

You now know the true extent of the brokers position.

You know you rights under SEC regs and Nevada state law etc.

You now know there has been wrongdoing by your brokers in refusing to provide you with certificates.

You have evidence to put before a court of law or FINRA arbitration.

We have evidence of four cases of serious prohibited actions by brokers.

We have evidence relating other serious acts of wrong doing.

We think that is pretty reasonable progress in five weeks.

If you and others want this to move quicker then there are ways but it costs and we cannot discuss that here.
