This of course is the reason there was a need for those convertibles at such gruesome conversion ratio's, but is also explains when the price drops lower.
Folks, call me a liar, but this is one company I DO BELIEVE I and I think they are 6-9 months away from turning that red into sweet, sweet green on their income statement.
Sure we could be seeing some conversions, but at the level's it's dropped to lately, I'm not sure that is reality any more, I now believe the shorters are trying their best over the next few months taking advantage of what we will see on the next Q (higher A/S, higher O/S, higher Float and NO REAL PROFIT).
This is what happens the Q before the good news and I am sure they are taking advantage of that.
