She got in late and didn't know what was going on. I pulled the Georgia State filings as proof a couple months before the reverse.

There were no SEC filings until a day or two before. Then a PR stating it was done to fund an aquisition. But there ultimately was no aquisition. Only Ribotsky stock sales.
