Commando, Do you think 'educational' could indicate that the visitors may receive a verbal repetition of the TED presentation or similar (matters already public), rather than an 'inspection' of working processes? I've no idea of the travel time involved, but 5pm at the site - 6pm at Como seems hardly long enough for exhaustive exploration and examination and dicussion of a very complex factory - but would fit TED 20 minute requirement. Were you told how many heads completed full booking? Oh, and good luck at your calamari evening if you can make it! jmo. ex.
