That too. But I find it curious that many - both liberal and conservatives are opposing this but want it built somewhere else. I'm sure Kennedy would not oppose it being in RI or NJ or NY as long as it's not in MA coastal waters. Classic definition of a NIMBY. While I like many of Kennedy's views and positions I will never vote for him ever.
