Somthing that troubles me about the line of thinking that Amphastar stole MNTA's IP... If indeed Amphastar did so, why would they have been so apparently shocked (and didn't have inventory to sell) when when the FDA approval came in.
If they KNEW they were using MNTA's IP, it would seem like the approval was in the bag.
