Sino Dragon may own 49% interest in Weihai Fuhaihua Fluid Chemical Co., Ltd. (Fuhaihua Company) through Weihai Shenzhen Hong Kong Investment Consulting Company Limited (Weihai Shenzhen)

Is this the same as FHH Sino? I don't know, and the 49 percent theoretically allows room for INBG to still be involved.

I would like to verify with Sino Dragon , but again they did not get back to my email, maybe someone can try skyping them
