I am not distancing myself from anyone. "Social conservatives" have a lot of excellent ideas, and I fully believe in individual responsibilty, as they do. I am more moderate in my views on individual issues, however, as each issue should be treated on its own, rather than with the blanket of conservativism or liberalism. What I do practise, however, is the ability to see things from anothers' perspective. Try it.

So why do you put your support behind Bush so fervently?

Because he is the President and he is doing a fine job in an era where being President is extremely difficult.

Do you really think he is doing America proud? In what way?

Yes, America is tackling a difficult problem and the rest of the World will benefit from it. As will future generations of Americans.

Is it the War in Iraq that you like?

The war in Iraq is a necessary step in the WOT. I said at the onset of the war that the timing may not be correct, but removal of Saddam was one of the most important things to accomplish for the war to be successful.

His tax cuts for the wealthy?

Um, his tax cuts benefitted everyone. Get over it.

His environmental policies?

Trashing Kyoto was one of the smartest things any US President has done in decades. That piece of trash did nothing more than transfer economic power to China and India and Russia. A 'Kyoto' that included these countries, and every material country, is what is needed.

The question about dropping his pants in not worth addressing.

Still waiting for you to answer some of my questions.
