Who knows. IR say feasbility was on track a few days ago and now it's delayed. She said financing above market by insiders possible if Feasibility Study was in hand. That's not the case now. They will probably need the money before the Feasibility Study and all it's implications are in hand.
But if the insiders commit, maybe they wait for the Feasbility Study. After all, if it's just insiders, maybe they run the cash down close before pulling the trigger on a financing. Shouldn't have a big impact on the share price. Will be a positive because of more cash on hand and dilutive effect will be minimized if it's done above market.
Bottom line, the Feasibility Study is the key thing we are waiting for. We have to assume that the insiders are with us and committed to making sure PCP.v makes it to the finish line. We are close. We need an above average rate of return and reasonable capex in the FS.
The additional options for extracting the phosphate may complicate things in the short term but obviously we want the best possible outcome for the long run and that means using the best available methods.
