They have R/S in the past ---- so yes, there is a possibility they will again.

I know its different management but the possibility exists if they cannot raise the share price from performance. If they can't they will either R/S or disolve company and form a new one ----- both of which they did in the past.

So, yes there is reason to beleive they will based on their past actions.
