I'm mortified. You're asking an American farm boy for the proper pronunciation of a Japanese word he had the effrontery to appropriate as his name. Well, here's my best effort.
KOI, seems to come out a simple KO ... EEEEE
KAZE, is two syllables KA and ZE, where KA is like MA and ZE is like ZEN without the "N".
All of which, I suppose, could be represented as: KO ... EEEEE ... KA ... ZEH
Of course, that still ain't gonna make it any easier to rhyme.
And, yes, Kamikaze has the same ending.
