You know what I find interesting? In June, the number of authorized shares was 3,500,000,000. The Utah form stating a reduction to 2,000,000,000 was filed July 19. However, it appears that the share structure shown on the OTC website was updated on September 12 with stated authorized shares of 2,500,000,000 and outstanding shares of 2,291,972,864. I assume the information on the OTC website is updated by an employee or representative of the company. If so...why would Roxanna update the OTC markets website in September with information inconsistent with what was filed in July?
Why is it that even her documented "achievement" of reducing the number of authorized shares has some questionable activities associated with it?
Also, that document does not prove that any shares were retired. It only states that the company decided to reduce the number of authorized shares.
