I see myself relocating to Australia in the future if I can't see the "American Dream" anymore.

Oh by the way, here in California, Mexican coins will be adored by most of farmers(mostly Mexicans). lol But you are right, Achmed's Family Grocery may not take the libertad unless they are ran by Mexican people~
And I don't believe government will make foreign coins illegal.
Then, foreign countries will stop exporting the precious metals to US. They have no reason to export illegal precious metals into USA.
They'd rather keep it on thier own. :)
I guess USA needs to ramp up their production to meet its demand, then.
