#228 RE: TORPEDO #227

Perhaps you didn't see the post asking which one is LEGAL?

Stock promotions are legal..........PERIOD! Certain rules do apply. If you think I am in violation please let me know.

CEO's giving non public information and folks trading on that information.....

OR false information being posted and claimed as coming from the CEO is ILLEGAL!

Let's not pretend it's a felony offense

It would depend on what the actual offense(s) was. Intrastate is one thing.....interstate is another. Where did all those alerts go? How does the SEC look at certain offenses?

Was the CEO involved......or is the email a fake? How many were told? Who did what with that info? Is it all just made up and a front load scam?

I'm not pretending anything is a felony.....it very likely may be several felonies have been committed, imho. I guess we need to wait and see what's released this week.......or not! I know news is not given ahead of time for "some" to trade on, and it be considered LEGAL!

Pinks are risky because most LEGIT companies need to raise capital. They don't need to be risky because of FRAUD being posted or insiders stacking the deck.....even if you think it may just be a misdemeanor.

You may not like what I do, but everything is out in the open and LEGAL. My disclaimer says folks may be selling during the promo. I have NEVER owned or bought a single share of any company I have ever promoted, nor do I intend to. In fact I never know who the company is until after the bell. Our line of communication is documented. I get tickers around 4:01pm.....and the boss says ABCD starts NOW!

I am not a principal in the company, so I can't speak for what others do, but I have never seen anything suspicious in any way. If I did I would not work for them.

I own 2 penny stocks and intend to sell one when the EXPECTED news hits, though I have NO inside information. The other I may own for a very long time because of a RS.

Now if you think we should talk about what SPBV is up to, instead of possible illegal activity surrounding the stock.....then go ahead.

Perhaps we could start with a balance sheet......you got one for 2011?

How bout some contracts?

How many customers does SPBV have?

I can't believe this line of thinking.......

Let's not pretend it's a felony offense

I plan on "pretending" it is a felony.

You feel free to pretend securities fraud isn't a felony, but stock promotion are.
