"ignorant" or Ignorance (or witlessness) is a state of being uninformed. (lack of knowledge)[1]. The word "ignorant" is an adjective describing a person in the state of being unaware and is often used as an insult. "Ignoramus" is commonly used in the US, the UK, and Ireland as a name of someone who is overwhelmingly ignorant.

With this said; it still doesn't matter because Cain did lie and Cain is suspiciously animate that Auditing the FED is Not necessary.
My oh my, why would he feel this way if there is "NOTHING TO HIDE WITHIN THE FED" from the American people?

None of us are going to EVER be educated (know enough about it) as in; what goes on inside the FED without an Audit and Herman Cain has made it perfectly clear, he doesn't think we Need an Audit of the FED.
When someone (like Cain) thinks/says we don't need to Audit the FED that is also perfectly clear there "IS" something to hide from us.
For instance; where did the $16+ Trillion Taxpayer dollars go?
Perhaps more Audits of the FED WILL Discover the Truth of where oh where that $16+ Trillion Taxpayer dollars went and Herman Cain's name might possibly show up in that Audit in a Bad way for him. Perhaps this is why Herman Cain is SO ANIMATELY against Audits of the FED.
And, perhaps what might be found in a more thorough Audit could be serious enough to prevent Herman Cain's chances for Presidency.
