That's my take as well. I don't think this motion hurts their case, but it doesn't help it measurably either. At the very most, it establishes somewhat more concretely in the judge's mind that he can't help MNTA without hurting Amphastar/Watson. Of course, unfortunately, that's what litigation is all about, always.
