Yes, and this also sheds light on the vague and obviously confused statements made by Amphastar's attorney at the TRO hearing that they had already made sales of the product--apparently, Amphastar had some possible sales pending, and the TRO stopped them from doing that--exactly what a TRO is supposed to do.
