I liked the call. The intent is clear. Long term value for shareholders. However I think he defeated the purpose of the call a bit by not at least giving some kind of range to the non cash charge. Also he didn't emphasize that it was noncash. I think he should have put a number out there.
We'll see how it turns out. Off .11 so far. Not bad.
