Fasctrack - law suits aside, Brian and Cal before him both have fiduciary responsibilities to FASC and shareholders. I wonder how a court would few their actions over the past 10 years? Are they fairly compensated? There are 2 sides to every coin.

For my part, I believe the KDS is gaining traction in a worldwide market. As a result, revenues will be increasing and any number of issues will basically go by the wayside.
