The judge focused almost exclusively on irreparable harm. He could see the harm to MNTA clearly, but did not see the harm done to Amphastar whose lawyers seemed ill prepared to address that issue.

That’s the understatement of the year. Perhaps Amphastar requested the new “emergency” hearing, in part, to retract some of the assertions made last week about the purported launch.
