Yes, I think Basserdan has posted about the lawsuit several times on the board. I do not think it will go anywhere, though, because it assumes that it is illegal to move the markets for your own benefit. What a hoot that idea is!!!! Half of Wall Street would be in jail, and I have been known to attempt it myself.
