Exactly. Greedy was illustrating the difference; the difference between a real company with a valid valuation, and an empty shell that is merely used as a vehicle for hype and baseless speculation.

Real companies employ people and add value to the economy. Penny shells merely move money from investors pockets to the hidden coffers of penny CEOs and insiders.
