That's because you are mistaken in characterizing the NF site as "pilot".

~!~ I guess JB himself is very very mistaken and confused as he, himself, said in this new promotional psuedo-Tdex video that Niagra IS indeed a pilot site.
If RT isn't on the video, I wonder how JBII promoters word it so that the video makes sense on the JBII/RT f page.
