Its true. My sister was at a concert. Drank 2 4 Locos and got taken to the nurses office. What did I do when she told me? I bought one and drank it to see . I couldn't find 4 locos so I tried a Joose. I'm waiting to try Koma through mail. The bad ones are those Joose and 4 Locos because they have caffiene and Alcohol
