thieves and murderers are what we're talking about

but we don't really want the gov't. spending that money period.

not their repsonsibility to create jobs, all that they need to do
is get the hell out of the way so people can work without gov't.
interference, provide sound money and a strong national defense
and get the hell out of our personal lives.
