Let's guess, DTRO needed the monies to fund projects such as :

New improved equipment for mass production on the Fortune 500 company.

Funds to perfect the REBREATHER to make it market compatiable.

Funds to manufacture and distribute more wheels.

And anything else CEO Larrucca deems necessary as there's no BOD.
