Those three or four guys MAY have some truth about Klok...
The company was systematically driven into the ground to the tune of OVER 99% loss of sp after Klok took over. Yeah Id say there MAY have been some truth to what this board has been warning people about. This entire post is the same old tired bs that for years has in time been proven to be total nonsense. That's why the new id is needed. The thought that there is a new management team is so easily discredited with less than 5 minutes of DD I'm actually embarrassed that some one would attempt to make that argument. Then the argument that I wish to "drive down the price to fill my own basket". Been warning people about Klok and his buddies for over three years. That's a long time to work on getting a price down to that desired target. I guess over 99% isn't good enough for me. Nonsense. The entire argument. Sans one thing. No one knows for sure what the future will bring. Is it possible the company has success in the future? All are welcomed to do their own dd and decide for themselves.

Im in need of some "truth above all" explaining how Klok is completely out again. Apparently the guy with "no stroke" is completely in charge again with one single "stroke" of the pen. Going back and reading those attempting to defend this company (usually a new id) is always entertaining. Unless you fell for their nonsense.

Wake up world. Alto will not end up like the other Klok companies of the past, though some nay sayers would like you to believe that so they can continue to drive down the bid, so they can fill their baskets with fruit, Once the RS takes place they will be out of the game, too much to risk, and there will not be major dilution as they have been posturing for their own good. They talk about doing your DD on Alto. Great Idea! Why not spend some time?

Well, you have made a 180 degree turn it seems. 6 weeks ago you stated the company was turning around and today you say the CEO is likely going to jail....You were obviously a supporter of Appel based on the post I am replying to, but I guess now that Klok came back and illegally fired him you are on the same page as all of us longtime Klok "opponents"......

Granted, there is no public info available about ANY SEC investigation at this point, but based on posts by "others" they sure do hint at it an awful lot, even yourself for that matter.

Bottom line is Klok is a crook, and will be proven as such in short order.

You obviously worked for Alto as well or know Mark personally and got screwed by him like all the shareholders did....SO....what is the deal TruthAboveAll??????? SPILL... Which one are you??....LRice??
