I'd hate to be Warren Buffett if BAC declares bankruptcy? I just don't see a whole lot of hope any time soon. I'll pick up more when the stock retracts back between $3 and $4 dollars. Unless we see some other big time money coming in to save BAC, they might be the next "too big to fail" bank going down, targeted for a bear raid like Lehman and Bear Stearns was.
