Inasmuch as Provenge has to date been a commercial bust, I have no reason to think that the overall tone of the Reuters article is inaccurate.

I do expect Zytiga to be prescribed off label for symptomatic mCRPC who would otherwise take docetaxel if insurance allows. Dr Slovin's problem is she mistaken these are Provenge approved label when they aren't.
