Is there even a completed merger between NHSH and MS? I don't see any indication of a filing. So I would think that if anyone is going to retire shares there has to be a legal merged entity first. All we know is that James Owens transferred 442 million shares of his NHSH stock to Kendrick. Given that the SP is stymied for further appreciation due to the nearly 47 million plus shares of the current 49 million float were basically gifted to certain individuals by Jeff D., it would be a real positive for Kendrick to follow through and reclassify his shares when it's legal to do so.
All I know is a major change has just happened in the share structure.
Both NHSH and MineSeeker have stated their intent to execute a merger. Any merger would include a share exchange agreement, which means new shares would be issued. And since it just happened friday, I would expect to see a filing soon.
