"No reason whatsoever to revoke this. It has been trading for years in these conditions." That remains to be seen. Revoke is the wrong word, it is suspension 1st, then who knows what the agencies will do but it won't be good for any shareholders, especially the ones that participated in this fraud.

What? It's two years delinquent in its SEC filings. That's abundant reason for revocation of registration. In fact, it's the ONLY reason.

But the process takes longer than a few days.
