No, Amphastar is not launching in the next month or so.

If that were true, then why would have the parties forced today's hearing. I read yesterday's order from Judge Gorton as a plea for cancelling this afternoon's hearing if a launch were not imminent so that he could get in a round of golf or otherwise enjoy the fine weather in Boston today. If Amphastar/Watson are not about ready to launch, then it seems to me they risk having annoyed the judge by forcing him to sit through an unnecessary hearing (which, of course, would be good for our side).
