Actually was exciting for a few minutes to 13.51, then shorty got pissed

I purchased 1000 shares at $12.00 after hours. Placed the order and was able to immediately purchase,,so believe the seller has more to offer as the "ask" remains at $12. Cannot see how this was bad news, if anything positive or neutral. Perhaps someone interpreted the TRO will not be extended beyond 14 days.

While I wish Amphastar did not receive FDA approval, I look upon every day of continued exclusivity as a bonus. If exclusivity last years, I am all for it.
