You don't really think the monkeys want retail investors/traders loading up down here while things are quiet do you. Check out a POS like AMRE or AOOR and I'll bet the spread is alot tighter, with a few 100 share trades to get the bag holders screaming..."they're messin' with it, I'm buyin' more".

CGPN??? I think they want it alot higher before they ring the dinner bell.
