How did Calvin Ross and Giovanni Luciano convince him to inject that type of capital?

Did Ivan Thornton, Calvin's sports agent brother, have anything to do with it?

So many questions about this operation...

One big question remains: why isn't Larry Johnson promoting his own product?

$150,000 was LJ's initial investment. That got misappropriated. The evidence was shown to LJ, what he did about it was his choice.

He's doing the only thing he can do which, IMO, is to not promote the product. He's in a tough situation. He must want the tea to succeed but by doing so he is continuing to feed the scammer that misappropriated his original investment.

Also, does anyone else think that Cal knew this DTC issue was going to be a problem and that is why he got out? I can't think of any other reason for him to leave one of his cash cows. The other cow being Primo and what ever they are getting paid by HFBG (which includes LJ)to license LJ's own character's name.

I wonder if that show American Greed takes viewers suggestions for topics?
