As to who owns GACFQ common stock, it appears that Victory Park is the one that acquired GACFQ aka Ascent aviation.
To those that are saying that there is no GACFQ, no kidding. GACFQ is now Ascent aviation. The common shares of GACFQ could possibly be used by Victory Park to offer an IPO of Ascent, which is currently privately held.
GACFQ could soon see the Q come off, and a cusip and name change in the not too distant future.
So these "worthless" shares of GACFQ might not be worthless afterall imho.
