Its trading low because the tiny 5000 manipulated shares sold is making it low. Hence this is not a "Honest" PPS. For a long or inestor its not bad. It shows that others want this cheap and also like the chances of a large gain. Hence adding at these levels is good. Only a day trader/momo cares if it goes higher in short terms.
