Looking back over the past 3 months avg. The price most be in the .0015 range to get the best return on investment 45k x .0015 would be roughly 30m shares. That would explain the float increasing by 22.5m shares. In a perfect world we should have about 7.5m more to eat through. Just a guess. The new O/S with any luck will be restricted for a minimum of 6 mths.
