Oppie sold 5M then.

According to tutes holdings on nasdaq.com, Oppie had 5.5M as of 6/3/11.

I never thought much of tutes ownership % anyhow in my speculating experience.

Note that the date of the change in Oppenheimer’s ownership in the 13-G filing is 9/30/11—i.e. this is not merely the end of the quarterly reporting period, but rather is the actual date when Oppenheimer sold some or all of its MNTA shares to arrive at the current holding of 488K shares. Inasmuch as 9/30/11 was the last day of the quarter, Oppenheimer’s completing the divestiture of all but 488K shares by that date could have been a plan that was enacted earlier, presumably following the Amphastar approval.
