Correct me if I'm wrong,but new 53 million outstanding is a 100 to 1 reverse split? 10 to 1 would be 530 million?

HUH? On any level that is either erroneous info or sloppy to the Nth degree!! Do these people proof read anything they put out? or do they just type up whatever they please after a few barrels of Port and just let it fly? lol

A) The supposed "New" share structure reflects a 1:100 Perverse Split, not the 1:10 that was promised. See below:
1) 3,753,835,442 / 10 = 375,383,544
2) 3,753,835,442 / 100 = 37,538,354

B) Besides the numbers are invalid. The TA verified the OS as over 4 billion in June, 2011. Notice the numbers they used were as of March, 2011. Old numbers, no longer relevant.

So, were the "Longs" ripped by a Reverse Split 10 times larger than promised, or does the Ca-grapes record of unbelievable sloppiness and shoddy work continue?
