For general information: William Lieberman purchased CLIL in exchange for stocks equivalent to .0079 a share. That's 338.89% greater than the PPS was the day before the OTC filing. This indicates that William was speculating that the price would be higher than the price was then. If anybody has "inside information" it is certainly the CEO of a company. Therefore we can factor his personal perception into the projection of where the PPS is going. Is this logical? Well, glad you asked. Remember that the acquisition / purchase of the subsidiary was not "pumped" at all. As a matter of fact it was not a PR or News related release. It was simply a financial filing that was not touted. As such we can give it a higher degree of relativity. IMO
