Many guys have confirmed the SS.
Also had some info from the company couple of days back that there was one group who had around 10-12 mil must be selling. I bet the sellers are done here.

I don't know about dilution but there definitely has been selling being done through VFIN and VNDM that isn't normal retail. With that said..with the low OS here it wouldn't take much to get this moving once sellers are done
