My thinking on DWA is that (1) they will postpone the secondary due to the weak share price and (2) they will average about $3 EPS/year in 2005-2007 with the bulk of the earnings coming in 2007. With that in mind , and thinking that a lot of the recent selling pressure is funds dumping before the end of the half, I would think a bottom would be close or maybe just happened. My worry is that after all this it will just be a momentum low.
As far as short-term news goes, I think Madagascar is in shape to do very well internationally.
